Lakeland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is a 144 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility certified for both Medicare and Medicaid services. Lakeland Rehab also accepts some insurance and private funds.

Established in 1971 Lakeland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center has been proudly serving our community for over 38 years specializing in long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, Alzheimer’s care and respite stays.
