Our Rehab-to-Home wing can accommodate 18 residents. Each suite includes a flat screen television, mini refrigerator, and private phone line. This wing has its own dining room and sitting area all in a direct line to the therapy department. We have an excellent therapy team that can meet your specific needs and help you regain your independence.

Our Therapists help each resident determine their current level of safe abilities.  Then the facility team creates a structured plan of care on how each resident can reach their goals through the use of equipment modalities, and such techniques as conditioning, mobilization, stimulation and stabilization. Our therapy department also features and ADL kitchen and laundry area.

Physical Therapy
PT helps to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.  PT focuses on strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration and motor function.

Occupational Therapy
OT helps residents learn skills they need to carry out normal activities of daily life so they can remain as independent and safe as possible.  OT focuses on activities of daily living retraining, cognitive retraining, visual perceptual retraining, fine motor skill coordination, splinting and the use of adaptive equipment.

Speech Therapy
SP primary role involves the ability to identify, define and diagnosis disorders of communication and swallowing deficiencies.
